Books and Merchandise: We guarantee our products against workmanship and manufacturers defects for the first 30 Days. Should you have any problem with the product, we will be happy to replace or refund the product price. If you have an issue, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Course Cancellations: We understand that stuff comes up. For a Something New program, payment is refundable if cancellation is received in writing at least two weeks in advance of the class date. If cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks, but greater than 72 hours before the class time, your fee is non-refundable but may be applied to a future program. If cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before a scheduled class or you do not show up for the program, your payment is not refundable or transferrable. If you need to cancel, please contact us by email and make sure you receive a reply email acknowledging your cancellation.

For Retreats or other full day programs (including multiple programs), cancellation must be received in writing at least 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled event for a full refund (less any prepaid non-refundable travel expenses).
